OPEN POSITIONS
1. Team Lead
Pay: Starting around $20/hr after 90 days (based on experience)
Schedule: Day shifts (future night shifts planned)
Location: The Villages & surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cleaning teams with positivity and professionalism
- Engage with clients—greeting, communication, and relationship building
- Learn the ins and outs of running daily operations
- Assist with scheduling and quality control
- Represent Clean Girl Energy with integrity and grace
Qualifications:
✔ Must have cleaning experience
✔ Managing a team preferred
✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for company vehicle)
✔ Friendly, talkative, energetic personality
✔ Christ-centered with a heart for service
2. Team Member
Pay: Starting at $15/hr
Schedule: Day shifts
Location: The Villages & surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality residential cleaning services
- Work as part of a team to deliver excellent results
- Develop skills and grow within the company
Qualifications:
✔ Training provided — no experience required
✔ Friendly, upbeat, hard-working attitude
✔ Christ-like character and willingness to learn
