As a Day Time Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Must be willing to work weekends and offsite Events when needed

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt processing of sales transactions
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed
- Manage cash handling responsibly, process payments accurately, and provide correct change or receipts
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery
