At Garden of Light Inc DBA Uncle Crumbles, we strive to amaze and inspire, one bite at a time! Garden of Light started in a small bakery of a natural foods market on Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Founder Michael Smulders listened to his Celiac customers complain about the taste of many of the gluten free options available to them. He thought that no one should have to suffer because of a food allergy or other special dietary needs and made it his mission to create products that would make our customers happy.
Continuing to carry on his legacy, we are a rapidly growing natural and organic food company with a recognized brand, offering consumers great-tasting products in large packaged food categories. Every day, success-minded customers who value their time, great flavor and health can enjoy a wide variety of our products through numerous channels.
