Estes Property Management Group is seeking a full time Apartment Maintenance Tech to join our team at Verandas of Beaumont. Bilingual Spanish speaking a huge PLUS!!

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including A/C, plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and resident satisfaction
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule
- Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs
Requirements:
- 5+ year of maintenance experience
- Own a set of basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to and from the property
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Communication: Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively both within a team and independently.
- Friendly, positive leader with a - Can Do Attitude!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
