We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing in-home team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children, values collaboration, and is looking for a supportive environment to grow professionally.
What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician/RBT, you will:
- Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home and approved community settings
- Implement treatment plans and behavior support strategies developed by the supervising BCBA
- Use play-based, naturalistic, and routine-based teaching strategies
- Support communication, daily living, social, emotional regulation, and play skills
- Collect accurate data to track progress
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
- Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children
- Prior ABA experience preferred, but not required
- RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Comfort using technology for data collection
- Ability to engage in play-based and movement-based activities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Openness to feedback and professional growth
