Are you looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working as part of a supportive team? Aden Senior Living is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Utility Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for our residents.
At Aden, we believe dining is more than just a meal—it's an experience. As a Dishwasher / Utility Associate, you'll play an essential role in supporting our culinary team and ensuring our residents receive exceptional service in a clean and sanitary environment.

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.

Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper water temperatures and chemical levels.

Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards.

Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain safe work areas.

Clean food preparation surfaces, refrigerators, worktables, and other kitchen equipment.

Remove trash and recycling and maintain garbage storage areas.

Assist with receiving, unloading, storing, and stocking deliveries.

Support food preparation activities as needed.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents.

Perform other duties as assigned to support dining operations.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Previous kitchen experience required, preferably in a dishwasher, utility, or food service support role.

Restaurant experience preferred.

Ability to obtain and maintain any required food handling or sanitation certifications.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
