We’re looking for a dependable person to join our team as On Call Operations Support. This is an on-call, floater position designed for someone who likes variety and doesn't want to be stuck in the same spot every shift.
If you’re looking to get your start in senior living or hospitality, this is a great way to learn the ropes across the whole building.
What the job looks like: You’ll be our go-to for coverage. Some shifts you’ll be at the front desk handling the phones and greeting visitors, and other shifts you’ll be in the dining room helping serve meals to our residents. Since it’s a floating role, there is also plenty of room to cross-train in housekeeping and other areas if you’re looking to pick up more skills.
This is a perfect entry-level spot if you’re trying to build a resume and want to see how different departments work. We’re a team that likes to promote from within, so if you do a great job here, there’s definitely room to move up.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Dependability: Must be highly responsible and show up for all scheduled shifts.
- Independence: Looking for a self-starter who can work effectively without constant supervision.
- Food Handlers Card: Required for dining room coverage.
- Safety Certifications: Must be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
- Versatility: Willingness to train across Front Desk and Dining Room, with interest in learning Housekeeping and other departments later.
