Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle various customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, in person and chat, to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, including outstanding balances addressing billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and working with clients or lenders to find solutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales administration tasks, including document processing and managing policyholder accounts.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service strategies.
- Ensure office is organized and always stocked.
- Additional tasks assigned as needed
Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Confident, motivated, high-energy individual
- Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
- Experience in retail sales or similar environments is preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish, enhancing our capacity to serve a diverse clientele
- Proficient in analyzing data to improve service outcomes
- A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when required
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is crucial.

Education & Experience:
-High School Degree
-3+ Years Customer Service Experience
-Bilingual: English and Spanish
