Intermediate Learning Management System Administrator
Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for an Intermediate Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play an integral role in managing and optimizing our learning management system while coordinating training administration efforts and providing application support to end users. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who communicates effectively, adapts quickly to new technologies, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
This position will be on-site, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.
Manages and maintains the LMS platform, including system configuration, user accounts, course uploads, learning paths, and reporting dashboards
Creates and maintains LMS documentation, user guides, and administrator resources at both the end-user and technical support level, as required
Responds to learner and stakeholder inquiries, troubleshooting LMS access issues, course completion errors, and system problems in a timely and professional manner
Maintains a professional, positive, and learner-centered attitude at all times, upholding the mission of providing Outstanding Customer Service
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills; proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Blackboard, Moodle, TalentLMS) and MS Teams and/or Zoom preferred
