Overview
COMMUNITY STORAGE AND PROPERTIES, LTD. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property & Storage Operations Coordinator to support daily property management and storage facility operations. This role is responsible for coordinating tenant services, maintaining property records, assisting with storage operations, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, vendors, and management teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and skilled at managing multiple operational tasks in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for storage facilities and property management activities
- Communicate with tenants, customers, vendors, and service providers regarding requests and operational updates
- Maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, payment records, and property files
- Assist with storage unit assignments, availability tracking, and customer move-in/move-out processes
- Monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Prepare operational reports, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Support customer service activities and resolve tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain inventory records for storage-related equipment and supplies
- Schedule inspections, repairs, and facility maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and property management standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, storage operations, customer service, administration, or facilities coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with management teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with property management software, CRM systems, or facility management platforms
- Knowledge of storage operations, tenant relations, leasing processes, or commercial property management
- Familiarity with maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus
