Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at our Las Vegas Airport location. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and stock rotation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers
- Engage customers through friendly phone etiquette and personalized recommendations
- Support in-store promotional activities and product demos to boost sales performance
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and perform merchandising tasks
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends as needed
