Field Supervisor
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, keeps projects moving, and leads by example? We’re looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing team!
We’re seeking a motivated working supervisor who can lead crews, maintain safety standards, communicate effectively with project management, and jump in alongside the team when needed.
What You’ll Do
As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee daily field operations for mechanical and industrial projects while ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and completed safely and professionally.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate field crews on job sites
- Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and work standards
- Plan work schedules, assignments, and project timelines
- Work alongside crews as needed to support project completion
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, work orders, and schedules
- Communicate daily job progress and updates with Project Managers
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship for quality control
- Train and mentor team members on proper work and safety procedures
- Address employee concerns and help resolve job site issues
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned company vehicles
- Participate in company training and development programs
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of related field experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
