Description:
Power Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, career-oriented person of good character to fill a Pipe Welder position within our organization.
The Welder position is responsible for, but is not limited to:
- Welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel parts using a MIG and/or TIG weld
- Reading and interpret blue prints
- Being able to weld without a set plan or procedure
- Setting up welding machines based on the job
- Setting up welding cells for serial production runs
- Operating specific machinery
- Assembling items as instructed

- One year of experience and training; an Associate’s degree (A.A.); or equivalent from a two year college or technical school
- Knowledge of raw material, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Ability to identify and measure materials
- Work in the metric system
- Ability to perform simple shop math
- Excellent customer service
- Effective communication skills
