Hours: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Duties
- Lead and manage the outbound warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, ensuring timely dispatch of goods using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline material handling workflows
- Operate forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment safely for materials handling and inventory movement
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and communicate expectations clearly to foster a high-performance environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution center management, or warehouse supervisor roles
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (such as Shiphero or similar WMS) and logistics processes
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively
- Familiarity with lean management principles and process improvement methodologies
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks regularly
- Effective managerial communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure operational clarity
