Construction Superintendent – Multifamily Renovations (Value-Add)
Build Fast. Run Your Jobs. Get Rewarded.
We’re a growing value-add multifamily renovation firm with a steady pipeline of projects—not one-off jobs. We buy, renovate, and improve communities at scale, and we need a Superintendent who can move fast, solve problems, and deliver units every week.
If you’ve run unit turns, managed trades in occupied buildings, and know how to keep production moving without excuses—this is your lane.
What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day field operations across multifamily renovation projects
- Deliver high-volume unit turns (interiors, common areas, exteriors)
- Drive weekly production targets (units completed, not just “progress”)
- Manage subs, sequencing, and material flow to avoid downtime
- Solve problems in real time—no waiting around for perfect conditions
- Work closely with property management in occupied environments
- Keep jobs clean, safe, and moving—every day
What Success Looks Like
- Units getting turned on schedule or ahead of schedule
- Trades show up, perform, and stay accountable
- Minimal rework because you catch issues early
- Residents aren’t complaining—and ownership is happy
- You know exactly where every unit stands at any given time
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in construction, with real field leadership experience
- Proven track record in multifamily renovations / unit turns
- You’ve managed multiple units at once—not just single custom projects
- Strong with subs—you can push when needed and keep relationships intact
- You don’t need babysitting—you run your job
Why This Role Stands Out
- Consistent deal flow – no worrying about “what’s next”
- Autonomy – you’re trusted to run your projects
- Fast-paced environment – no dragging projects out for months
- Real impact – your performance directly drives project returns
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Performance bonuses tied to production (units/week, project completion)
- Opportunity for growth as we scale
Who This Is NOT For
- If you prefer slow, highly polished custom builds
- If you need perfect plans before taking action
- If you struggle managing multiple moving pieces at once
Who This IS For
- A builder who thrives in fast-moving environments
- Someone who takes pride in getting units done
- A problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
If you’re the kind of Superintendent who measures success in completed units—not meetings—apply now.
If you want, I can tailor this further for:
- A luxury vs. value-add renovation firm
- Your company brand voice
- Or turn it into a short job ad that attracts candidates faster (less corporate, more compelling)
