We are a busy and compassionate pediatric practice in Santa Monica seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and patient-focused individual who enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Newly certified Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Rooming patients and preparing exam rooms
- Obtaining and documenting vital signs, including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Administering vaccines as directed
- Performing point-of-care testing, including Strep, Flu, RSV, and COVID-19 tests
- Maintaining clean, stocked, and organized patient rooms
- Accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Greeting patients and families with professionalism and warmth
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Must be available to work occasional weekends and holidays
Compensation
$23.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
