What You'll Be DoingProvide Exceptional Personal Care
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
- Complete bathing and shower visits
- Assist with meal preparation and daily routines
- Encourage independence while promoting dignity and safety
Support Clients Beyond Physical Care
- Build meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation
- Help reduce loneliness and social isolation
- Encourage confidence and independence
- Become someone clients look forward to seeing
Help People Stay Home
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Follow individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Travel throughout your assigned service area
- Deliver compassionate care that allows clients to continue living safely at home
What We're Looking ForRequired
- Minimum one year of caregiving experience
- Experience in Home Care, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or similar healthcare settings
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred
- CNA certification welcomed but not required
- Experience providing bathing assistance and personal cares
- Caregivers who genuinely enjoy building long-term relationships
