Duties

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Upsell additional products by understanding customer preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience operating cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
