REPORTS TO:
The Manufacturing Associate will report to Kitchen Lead.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Manufacturing Associate will be part of a team that is responsible for all the baked products the company manufactures. This role will help ensure that our customers receive the highest quality baked goods.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Follow all safety guidelines for all Food Manufacturing areas
- Follow all allergen guidelines and protocols
- Be versatile to work in different areas of equipment producing our baked goods
- Maintaining and executing all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning protocols
- Uphold all company standards for department
- Maintain clean and organize work area
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working in manufacturing (food manufacturing a plus)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to work on your feet for long hours
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work well in groups as well as with individuals
- Bending and lifting is required for this position
- Being on time and dependable everyday is a must
Pay: $15.00 per hour
