Responsibilities
-Consistently provide excellent customer service to all clients in-person, over the phone and through email inquiries
-Educate clients on services, products and treatment options
-Positive attitude while working in a fast-paced med spa
-Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments
-Monitor and respond to voicemail, email inquiries throughout the day
-Booker software is a plus
-Work with our marketing manager on social media posts
Responsibilities include creative post, stories, reels, use your creativity and get help from the brand

-Team player with strong work ethic
-Impeccable personal appearance
-English and Spanish a must
-Ability to work Saturday and Evening hours
-Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
