We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping customers protect their homes and businesses.
Whether you already have pest control sales experience or are an experienced salesperson looking to enter the industry, we provide the training and tools needed to succeed.
Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers. You’ll meet with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and other decision-makers to provide customized pest control and termite solutions.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply wait for opportunities to appear. Our ideal candidate actively hunts for new business, networks within the community, follows up consistently, and enjoys opening new doors. While Wise House Pest Control provides qualified leads, our top performers also generate their own opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial customers.
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and self-generated leads.
- Follow up on company-provided leads promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property assessments and recommend appropriate pest and termite solutions.
- Prepare estimates and present service agreements.
- Close new business while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Develop relationships with property managers, real estate professionals, HOAs, contractors, and commercial clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous outside sales or account management experience preferred.
- Pest control sales experience is a plus.
- Experience selling termite services is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
- Comfortable prospecting and finding decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented and competitive.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
