Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning duties (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and deep cleaning).
- Follow daily routes and assignments efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful demeanor at all times inside clients' properties.
- Carefully inspect and handle client property, reporting any pre-existing conditions or accidental damages immediately to management.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards, including safe chemical handling and proper dress code.
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 verification required).
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various work locations/routes.
- Absolute Punctuality and Reliability: Must be ready to start shifts at the scheduled time.
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina for manual labor.
- Ability to follow strict company policies regarding privacy, cell phone usage, and safety.
- Experience in professional cleaning is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
