Construction Project Manager / Field Operations – Atlanta
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, high-accountability construction professional to help lead residential renovation and tenant-turn projects throughout the Atlanta market.
This is not a “sit behind a desk” management role. We need someone with startup energy who thrives in fast-paced environments, solves problems independently, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of results.
The right candidate is organized, resourceful, adaptable, and willing to do what it takes to keep projects moving and clients happy. Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage residential renovation and tenant-turn projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all job sites
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and completion targets
- Communicate consistently with ownership, vendors, and clients
- Document progress using project management software, photos, and reporting tools
- Troubleshoot field issues quickly and keep projects moving forward
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction management, residential renovation, or related field
- Working knowledge of trades, building systems, and construction processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Experience managing multiple active projects (10+) at once.
