We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and providing administrative support to our technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in person.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, estimates, and invoices.
- Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and service updates.
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage billing transactions.
- Order and track parts as needed for repairs.
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. (Quickbooks)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferably in an auto repair shop).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of auto repair terminology is a plus.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Hours: 09:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
