What You’ll Do:
As a Night Shift Press Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:

Operate injection, compression, and alternate presses, as well as hoists, pallet jacks, and other equipment.

Ensure all products meet specifications and production requirements.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following all PPE and safety standards.

Transport materials, perform measurements, and support preventative maintenance efforts.

Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and support audits.
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute).

0–3 years of relevant manufacturing or press operator experience.

Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, squatting, etc.).

Basic communication, math, and computer skills.

Willingness to become forklift certified.
Work Environment:
You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
Occasional extended hours and Friday work may be required as job duties demand.
