Position Description
I. Title: Security Guard
II. Summary: This position is for the Gatehouse, checking in members, guests, contractors, and employees. Customer service is of the utmost importance.
III. Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but may not be limited to, the following:
· Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
· Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
· Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
· Provide assistance to people in need
· Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
IV. Skills/Requirements
. Must have basic computer skills
. Must have customer service skills, smile, wave, be kind, repeat.
· Excellent surveillance and observation skills
· High School diploma is required
· Valid Florida Driver’s License
· Valid Florida Class D Security License
Background Check and Drug Test required
You must be able to work weekends & have a flexible schedule for training purposes
You must be able to drive the Patrol Truck
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
