As a key part of our retail team, you will help create an exceptional dealership experience by assisting customers with Harley-Davidson apparel, accessories, and general merchandise while driving sales and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and delivering a welcoming retail experience
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Harley-Davidson apparel, accessories, and general merchandise
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays
- Restock, tag, and organize inventory as needed
- Assist with receiving shipments and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Support promotions, sales goals, and store events
- Handle customer questions, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (motorcycle or apparel retail a plus)
- Passion for Harley-Davidson, motorcycles, or the powersports lifestyle preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer, POS, and data entry skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
