Job Summary
Life Seasons Counseling Services ("LSCS") is looking for a licensed provider to join our team of clinicians in a contracted position. Therapists at LSCS provide therapy sessions (children, individuals, relationships/families, and group where applicable and within scope of training and practice), conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Within this position, contracted providers would have full time access to a private office and shared common areas. Providers would have full flexibility and autonomy over their own schedule -- to include the number of clients on his or her caseload and daily schedules and availability.

At Life Seasons, we are dedicated to providing individualized services for all clients that are specifically tailored to meet those clients' needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Full State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LiCSW), or Psychologist
- Associate therapists (ALCs) will be considered on a case-by-case basis (ideal ALC candidates would be able to become fully licensed within a few months of joining the practice)
- Credentialed with BCBS (or willingness to get credentialing)
- Experience in conducting mental health therapy sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy
- Comfortable and experienced in working with children and adolescents
- Experience providing psychological testing and assessments

Schedule and Work Location: Choose your own hours. Primarily in person, with virtual options available.
Pay: $125.00 - $140.00 per hour
