Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Barista to join our café team. You’ll prepare quality beverages and simple sandwiches, provide great customer service, and help keep the café clean and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and tea drinks.
- Make simple sandwiches and light food items.
- Take orders, assist customers, and offer menu recommendations.
- Operate the POS system (Square) and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Work as part of a team during busy hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Interest in coffee and willingness to learn.
