Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels for peak times while maintaining quality standards.
- Address guest requests or complaints promptly to uphold exceptional service quality.
- Implement health and safety guidelines related to janitorial and industrial cleaning procedures.
- Over see laundry department as well.
- Pay can increase based on experience.
- Must have Nursing Home management experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a nursing home environment.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
- Leadership skills with experience managing housekeeping teams or supervisory roles in hospitality settings.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
