Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing personalized care. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients across various settings, including home, assisted living, nursing homes, and hospice environments. Your energetic approach to caregiving will ensure clients receive respectful, attentive, and comprehensive care that promotes their independence and well-being. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those experiencing memory care needs such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. Responsibilities
- Deliver patient observation and monitor vital signs regularly to track health status accurately.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Support patients with dementia or Alzheimer’s by implementing specialized memory care techniques and providing compassionate companionship.
- Assist with meal preparation and light cleaning duties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams in hospice or long-term care settings.
Requirements
- Valid HHA or CNA certification recognized by state licensing boards.
- Knowledge of CPR certification and ability to perform emergency response procedures confidently.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice protocols, and medication administration procedures.
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
