Job Summary
The Assistant Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing daily hospitality operations within a corporate workplace environment. Serving as the primary on-site hospitality representative, this role is essential to creating a welcoming, organized, and service-oriented experience for employees, guests, and clients.
The Assistant Hospitality Manager oversees hospitality counters, micro-kitchens, pantry services, food and beverage presentation, workplace events, vendor coordination, and client support. This position works closely with commissary culinary teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure hospitality spaces are fully stocked, well maintained, and consistently operating at Bon Appétit's high standards.
The ideal candidate is a hospitality-focused professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound decision-making abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and workplace experiences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, corporate food service, catering, workplace services, or a related service environment preferred.

Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage daily operations with minimal supervision.

Ability to interact professionally and positively with a diverse customer, client, and employee population.

Experience coordinating with vendors, delivery services, commissary kitchens, or external food service providers preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with workplace communication and operational systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, CaterTrax, and other hospitality management platforms.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to support occasional early morning, evening, or special event operations as business needs require.
