Infection Control / Floor Nurse (LPN) – Old Bridge, NJ
Oculus Health is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Infection Control / Floor Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a respected long-term care facility in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about resident safety, infection prevention, and delivering quality patient care.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
- Schedule : Full-time with every other weekend
- 8-hour shifts available: 7:00AM-3:00PM

Qualifications: Infection Control
- Active New Jersey LPN License required
- Infection Prevention and Control certification
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of infection control regulations and practices
- Knowledgeable with the PCC (Point Click Care) system
Requirements to Apply:
- One valid ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or work eligibility documents)
- Social Security card
- LPN license and registration (New Jersey)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card or exemption
- BLS/CPR certification
- TB Test (PPD or QuantiFERON) within the last 12 months
