We searching for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the daily operations of a Hilton property. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader with a proven history of driving financial performance, developing exceptional teams, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Previous Hotel General Manager experience is required. Candidates without prior hotel GM experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual departmental budgets, analyze financial performance, explain budget variances, and implement corrective action plans to achieve business goals.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including staffing, departmental performance, property appearance, safety, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, evaluate, and develop department leaders and team members while managing performance reviews, employee relations, corrective actions, and other personnel decisions.
- Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture by conducting regular leadership and staff meetings, providing guidance to department managers, and promoting collaboration across all hotel departments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction by reviewing customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution, and implementing continuous service improvements.
- Approve purchasing and operational expenditures within authorized limits while maintaining effective cost controls and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and local business activities to identify opportunities that improve hotel performance and maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of previous Hotel General Manager experience (required).
- Strong background in hotel operations, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing labor costs, payroll, and departmental budgets.
- Strong understanding of guest satisfaction metrics and service recovery.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with branded hotel operations is a plus.
- Revenue management and forecasting experience preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
