Angels at Heart in-Home Care is seeking qualified caregivers to join our amazing team of service oriented, compassionate and caring staff who are on a mission to complement our clients desire to live their best life in the comfort of their home. This position provides non-medical personal care, homemaker, companion, errand services to our clients under the direction of our registered Nurse and in compliance with the designated plan of care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide non-medical personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Offer companion care and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Perform errands and transportation assistance as needed
Ensure client safety and comfort in the home environment
Follow the plan of care and agency policies at all times
Observe and report changes in client condition to the Registered Nurse or care team
Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
Qualifications & Requirements
Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from nursing staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
Ability to perform physical tasks related to caregiving
Must meet all state and agency background and training requirements
