Command International Security Services is seeking reliable and proactive Security Guards to help ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises. Must have a VALID GUARD CARD.
Position: Security Guard
Location: Rancho Cordova
Shifts Available: Morning and Swing Shift Available
Starting Rate: $20.50-21
What You'll Do:
- Conduct regular patrols around parking lot in assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security presence ensuring no theft is occuring. You must remain visable, keep the vehicle moving at all times, and be alert/vigilant throughout your shift.
- Answering all Walkie Talkie Calls and work alongside AP.
- Collaborate with on-site personnel to address security concerns and provide assistance as needed.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve situations while adhering to company protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities during your shift.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, assisting with directions and information as required.
Requirements:
- Bouncer Type
- Valid CA BSIS Security Guard License.
- Must have at least 8YRS experience.
- Must have a good driving record and up to date license.
- Must be willing to comply with all post orders and in full uniform.
- Must be willing to work well under stressfull situations. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using technology, including CCTV systems and communication devices.
- Reliable transportation to Rancho Cordova.
