Plant, transplant, fertilize, water, prune, and weed flower beds and plant areas

Maintain flowers, bushes, trees, and shrubs to ensure healthy growth

Propagate bedding plants and support plant health care initiatives

Maintain job sites by keeping areas clear of debris and organized

Operate hand and power tools as needed for landscaping tasks

Support various maintenance activities as required

Promote and follow workplace safety and environmental best practices

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Interest in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to landscaping

Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing 25 lbs or more

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to read and follow landscape plans and safety procedures

Relevant or transferable experience is a plus, but not required
