Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various settings, ensuring their health and well-being. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills.
Experience
- A valid nursing license is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
