Join CBRE as a Senior Maintenance Planning and SchedulingTechnician, supporting maintenance operations for one of our clients in theIndustrial & Logistics sector at their Research Triangle Park, NC site.
In this highly visible, onsite role, you will support themaintenance and reliability of approximately 300,000 square feet of Class Aoffice and R&D laboratory space. Working closely with facility andengineering teams, you will coordinate preventive maintenance programs, managework order workflows, and support maintenance planning activities thatcontribute to the efficient operation of critical building systems, laboratoryinfrastructure, and workplace environments.
This position is part of the Engineering and TechnicalServices function and focuses on maintenance planning, scheduling, asset datamanagement, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment whereoperational excellence and client service are top priorities.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinatethe engagement, scheduling, and oversight of vendors to ensure work iscompleted safely, on time, and in accordance with service requirements.
Coordinate,prioritize, and assign work orders to technicians and work teams to supportefficient maintenance operations.
Partnerclosely with technicians and vendors to ensure materials, permits, tools, andequipment, and other resources are properly planned and available to supportscheduled work.
May receive,review, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation,and timely payment in accordance with company procedures.
Develop,maintain, and communicate workflow processes and best practices across theaccount team to drive consistency and operational efficiency.
Analyzepreventive and predictive maintenance data to identify trends, opportunitiesfor improvement, and potential risks; provide regular reports and insights tomanagement and clients.
Conductannual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs and recommendenhancements to support operational performance and reliability.
Applymaintenance planning principles and best practices to support day-to-dayoperations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Need:
HighSchool Diploma or GED required, plus 2–3 years of related experience. Acombination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Hands-onmaintenance experience in commercial, industrial, laboratory, or similarfacilities environments is required.
Experiencesupporting operations within R&D, laboratory, life sciences, or otherregulated technical environments is preferred.
Abilityto meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking,bending, stooping, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting or carrying up to 50pounds as needed.
Provenability to follow established procedures and apply sound judgment to resolveroutine operational, maintenance, and scheduling challenges.
Experienceanalyzing data, trends, and operational information to support decision-makingand process improvements.
Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, andother business applications.
Experiencemanaging administrative processes such as vendor invoices, work order tracking,asset records, and maintenance documentation is preferred.
Excellentorganizational, time management, and prioritization skills with strongattention to detail.
Aproactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify issues, askthoughtful questions, and drive tasks to completion.
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with technicians, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstratedability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment,balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy andaccountability.
Intermediatemathematical and analytical skills, including the ability to performcalculations involving percentages, fractions, budgets, and otherfinancial-related metrics.
