We are a fast-growing, multidisciplinary private practice specializing in Neurology, Chiropractic, Concussion Care, Massage Therapy, Personal Injury, and Medical Aesthetics.
Our office is built differently.
We utilize a highly structured virtual support team that manages much of the administrative workflow, allowing our in-office team to focus on what matters most—delivering an exceptional patient experience, supporting providers, driving treatment acceptance, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding care.
We are looking for a dependable, energetic, patient-focused Medical Assistant who enjoys both clinical care and patient interaction.
This is not a traditional back-office MA position.
You will become one of the faces of our practice and play a major role in patient experience, clinical flow, collections, and educating patients about the services we offer.
What You'll Do: Clinical Support
- Room patients efficiently for Neurology and Chiropractic appointments
- Obtain vitals and complete patient intake
- Prepare providers for patient visits
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures
- Assist with injections, diagnostic testing, and in-office procedures
- Perform VNG, Balance Board, Cognitive Testing, and other diagnostics (training provided)
- Guide patients through stretching and rehabilitation protocols
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
- Stock supplies and maintain clinical inventory
Patient Experience
You are one of the first and last people our patients interact with.
You'll help create an experience that patients remember.
Responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with patients
- Answer questions regarding our services
- Educate patients on chiropractic, massage therapy, neurology, concussion care, rehabilitation, and medical aesthetics
- Help patients understand provider recommendations
- Reinforce treatment plans
- Help patients feel confident moving forward with care
Front Office Support
Although our Virtual Medical Assistants handle much of our administrative work, you'll serve as the in-office support whenever needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Backup check-in and check-out
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, self-pay balances, and outstanding balances
- Discuss treatment pricing and payment options
- Assist with scheduling when needed
- Answer phones and assist patients in person
- Upload incoming records and assist with scanning and document organization
- Manage incoming faxes and provider paperwork
- Coordinate patient paperwork
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
Growth & Practice Support
We're looking for someone who thinks beyond simply completing tasks.
You'll also help:
- Identify workflow improvements
- Support implementation of new office systems
- Assist with patient retention initiatives
- Support collections
- Help keep provider schedules full
- Improve patient satisfaction
- Promote chiropractic, massage, wellness services, and medical aesthetics whenever appropriate
- Help patients understand package options and recommended treatment plans
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
- Current Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Experience obtaining vitals and rooming patients
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Reliable attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty practice
- EMR experience
