What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual goals
- Drive a customer-first culture with strong focus on satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Implement effective sales processes and CRM utilization strategies
- Oversee inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Work closely with BDC, F&I, and fixed ops departments to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze performance metrics and coach team members to improve productivity and results
- Help recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management (Volkswagen experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (VinSolutions knowledge preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
