Job Overview
This is an hourly, hands-on field role. The Construction Crew Member supports daily construction, remodeling, repairs, and home maintenance work under the direction of the Lead Foreman/Superintendent. This is not a supervisory or desk role. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to learn and adapt are required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Hands-On Production and Jobsite Support (Primary Focus)
- Assist with demolition, material handling, site setup, and protection (floors, walls, furniture) as directed.
- Perform basic trade/handyman tasks (repairs, patching, trim, hardware, caulking, painting prep) based on skill level and direction.
- Use hand and power tools safely and appropriately; ask questions when unsure.
- Maintain steady productivity and follow the day’s plan and instructions from the Lead Foreman/Superintendent.
Safety, Quality, and Cleanliness
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE; immediately report hazards, injuries, or near-misses.
- Help keep a clean, organized jobsite throughout the day (not just at the end).
- Protect finished work and homeowner property; prevent damage and notify leadership if issues occur.
- Complete assigned work to company quality standards; accept feedback and rework promptly when needed.
Communication and Teamwork
- Arrive on time, ready to work, and maintain a strong work ethic throughout the day.
- Communicate respectfully with teammates, subcontractors, and clients/homeowners when interacting on site.
- Ask for clarification when instructions are unclear; provide updates on progress and constraints.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and take coaching.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred. Some trade, handyman, repairs, or home maintenance experience preferred.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to read a tape measure, perform basic math, and follow measurements and cut lists as directed.
Computer Skills
Basic proficiency with smartphones (calls, texts, photos) and willingness to use jobsite apps as required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Valid driver’s license preferred. OSHA 10 is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
