About the Role
Dolan Contractors is seeking a New Jersey Licensed Electrician to join our team based out of our Westampton office. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading electrical systems across a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, along with supporting tenant improvement projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and control equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues across commercial and industrial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
- Inspect systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs
- Support tenant fit-outs and improvement projects
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey Electrical License (required)
- 3+ years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, team-oriented, and good communication skills
