Family Insight, P.C. provides treatment for children, adolescents, families and adults who have been diagnosed with a wide range of mental health and/or substance use disorders.
We currently have a Licensed or LE outpatient therapist - Virtual positions available throughout the state of Virginia.
Evening Availability Required: We are currently seeking Occupational Therapists who are available to see clients during the 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM timeframe. Evening availability is essential to meet the high demand for appointments during these hours.
**COMPETITIVE PAY**
Job Responsibilities: The Licensed or LE outpatient therapist - Virtual Counselor is responsible for providing outpatient mental health counseling services to individuals and families. These services are provided in a professional office setting or virtual upon the client's preference.
Skills & Knowledge: The Counselor must possess strong clinical skills, solid documentation skills, and strong verbal communication skills, must have experience providing individual and family counseling, and have experience working with persons with various mental, emotional and/or behavioral disorders, substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. The Counselor must have experience and knowledge of crisis interventions and various therapeutic modalities. The Counselor must possess the skills and knowledge of successful rapport building, treatment planning, group counseling, evidenced-based counseling practices, diagnostic criteria, and assessment completion. The Counselor must know the impact of trauma on an individual’s functioning and have experience working with diverse populations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
