About the Role:
As an Environmental Services Manager at Roselane Health Center by Harborview, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our residents and staff. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Environmental Services team, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance duties. Your exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills will ensure that our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Environmental Services team, including housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance duties
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or operational issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
Provide training and coaching to team members to improve performance and productivity
Monitor and report on supplies and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste
