Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to oversee construction projects(residential & commercial) and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, This role requires effective leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with various contractors on-site.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Supervising experience in a construction environment is essential for this role.
