Dominion Outsourcing is looking for Remote Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents with Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Final Expense experience to join our team! We service clients across the country and you will need to have an active valid license in at least 8 states that we service. You will provide product recommendations to potential customers about types of insurance needs as well as following up with existing members to ensure there are no gaps in their current coverage.
We are currently only hiring in the state of Florida
We need agents open to a flexible schedule to service our client needs.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and conducting outbound phone calls to consult with customers on products offered to find the best solution for their situation
- Performing thorough needs analysis related to all coverages and annual changes
- Aiding customers with the overall enrollment process compliantly
- Following up with customers to finalize the enrollment process
- Negotiate and/or consult with interested parties working towards the sale
Qualifications
- State Life and Health Insurance License in at least 8 states required (Active)
- Medicare Advantage experience required
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Completed AHIP certification for 2026 (Most recent AEP)
- 1+ years of professional Life/Health insurance and/or sales experience required
