We’re hiring now so our Lead Technician can help shape the shop, influence our processes, and set the standard for quality, efficiency, and integrity in Central PA.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled technician with leadership ability, capable of delivering quality repairs while guiding and supporting the team.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex automotive repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead by example, setting the tone for quality workmanship and professionalism.
- Mentor apprentice and entry-level technicians, providing hands-on training and support.
- Collaborate with service advisors and shop management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and enforce shop safety standards and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and repair techniques.
- Assist in shop organization, equipment upkeep, and tool management.
- Provide input on shop processes and help drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an automotive technician with advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and inspire less experienced technicians.
- Proficiency in multiple automotive systems, including diagnostics, brakes, suspension, engines, and electrical.
- ASE certifications, State and Emissions Inspection License
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional service.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
