Position: Account Manager
Location: Charleston, SC
We’re seeking a proactive, organized Account Manager to join our growing team. This client-facing role is focused on managing accounts from storefront setup to ongoing support, ensuring smooth order processing and long-term client success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for self-service accounts, building strong, lasting client relationships.
- Respond to tickets and provide guidance for account related questions
- Understand each customer’s unique needs and goals, offering personalized solutions aligned with our services.
- Set up and manage client storefronts, including product selection, artwork coordination, and store configuration.
- Collaborate with design, production, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate execution of orders.
- Provide exceptional support throughout the order lifecycle—addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems quickly.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and if/when an account should be directly managed
- Maintain accurate client records, order history, and communication logs within our CRM.
- Stay engaged with clients’ causes, events, and initiatives to demonstrate genuine investment in their success.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for flawless order execution.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems (preferred).
- Prior experience in an Account Manager or client-facing role (preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Passion for creativity, personal expression, and supporting clients through branded products.
- Experience with print on demand production and fulfillment
