Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain screen printing machinery, ensuring precise adjustments for optimal print quality
- Manage color consistency and accuracy across multiple projects using advanced color management techniques
- Interpret production documents and layout designs to execute accurate prints according to specifications
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to assist with layout adjustments and prepress preparations
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment, including flexo presses and large-format printers
- Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare digital files, ensuring compatibility with printing hardware and software
- Assist in cutting, paper binding, and other finishing processes to deliver polished final products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating screen printing equipment, large-format printers, or similar industrial machinery
- Strong understanding of color management, typography, layout design, and print advertising principles
- Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prepress software tools
- Mechanical knowledge related to machine operation, adjustment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment
- Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely
- Familiarity with digital printing processes and flexo press operations is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to quality control and problem-solving
